2 cups (or more) milk chocolate covered raisins (if you don't like raisins, substitute chocolate chips)
Instructions
Heat oven to 375 F.
Beat together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light.
Add the peanut butter, egg, vanilla, and buttermilk and beat well, until fluffy.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add chocolate covered raisins and stir until combined.
Scoop onto ungreased cookie sheets (don't flatten!) and bake for 12-13 minutes. Cool on the sheet for several minutes, as they're soft when first removed from the oven. Transfer to rack until completely cool.
